Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing The Karry from us. We hope your choice of purchase sets you on the similar path of trying to reduce the use of plastic and single-use plastic and being kinder to the planet. The Karry is for reuse time and time again.  

Damages and Issues


Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 14 day Return Policy. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

Replacements

All purchases are automatically included in a membership replacement scheme (opt-out is optional via email to hello@thekarry.london marking email as 'Member Opt-Out). This allows replacement of up to 2 glass Karryables ONLY which may have been broken. Proof of damage is required (image). 

Karryables includes: 

  • 1x blue 5ml glass dropper bottle
  • 1x amber 5ml dropper bottle
  • 2x clear 5ml dropper bottles
  • 1x5g glass jar
  • 1x 10g glass jar
  • 1x spatula, funnel, cleaning brush, label
To start a replacement, you can contact us at hello@thekarry.london marking ‘REPLACEMENT’ as your subject.

Please include the following details in your return and refund request email:

  • Full name
  • Contact details: phone number and email address
  • Details of the item to be replaced
  • State your reason for requesting a return and refund
  • Accompanying image(s)
  • Date of purchase
  • Invoice/original receipt or order number OR
  • A copy of your purchase email

 

Refunds & Returns

Unfortunately, you may wish or need to return The Karry. 

Should you wish to discuss your purchase or have any concerns with your purchase, please do contact us in the first instance where we will be happy to address your concerns within 3 working days.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@thekarry.london marking ‘RETURN’ as your subject.

Please include the following details in your return and refund request email:

  • Full name
  • Contact details: phone number and email address
  • The item being returned
  • State your reason for requesting a return and refund
  • Any accompanying images
  • Date of purchase
  • Invoice/original receipt or order number OR
  • A copy of your purchase email

 If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The Karry has to be returned to us in its entirety accompanied with proof of purchase, sales invoice and the original packaging. We do not accept the return of incomplete sets. Any set returned to us with missing items will not be validated and the return will be made void with no refund issued.

Returns of The Karry which are of unopened, unused, undamaged and unsoiled condition has to be done within 14 days of purchase.

Please note we do not pay for the cost of returns. We strongly advise keeping a copy of your postage receipt as proof of your return of The Karry to us as we will not be liable for any delays or mishaps which occur due to postage.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not.

In instances where The Karry is posted to us and has been opened, soiled, damaged, or with parts missing, a refund will not be issued nor will The Karry be returned.

If your refund request is approved, any refund issued will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Any discounts applied at time of purchase will be recalculated when the item is returned.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to you.

We will not be able to issue any refunds on The Karry purchased outside of our official sales channels.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We do not offer exchanges.

We reserve the right to limit returns should we suspect non-adherence or misuse of our Returns Policy.
